CodeInno is looking for a technical sales representative to sell our IT services to Small to Medium-sized businesses. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business leads, building a new portfolio of deals, qualifying prospects, building strategic relationships, and selling our services to the target customers
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and own the entire top-of-funnel pipeline
- Understand our services inside and out to become a trusted advisor to our customers and prospective customers
- Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers during a call
- Develop relationships with high-value prospects to understand their business needs and converts them into qualified opportunities
- Manage difficult conversations, negotiate and close business deals
- Participate in sales team meetings to plan and execute strategic solutions for customer engagement initiatives
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development objectives and KPIs
- Continuously improve the skills and knowledge to attain higher results using Upsell and Cross-sell funnels
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field will be a big advantage
