B2B Sales Reprsentative

 CodeInno is looking for a technical sales representative to sell our IT services to Small to Medium-sized businesses. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business leads, building a new portfolio of deals, qualifying prospects, building strategic relationships, and selling our services to the target customers




  • Generate new business opportunities and own the entire top-of-funnel pipeline
  • Understand our services inside and out to become a trusted advisor to our customers and prospective customers
  • Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers during a call
  • Develop relationships with high-value prospects to understand their business needs and converts them into qualified opportunities
  • Manage difficult conversations, negotiate and close business deals
  • Participate in sales team meetings to plan and execute strategic solutions for customer engagement initiatives
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development objectives and KPIs
  • Continuously improve the skills and knowledge to attain higher results using Upsell and Cross-sell funnels




  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field will be a big advantage
