We are looking for a Project Manager with a technical background in the software development field to support the delivery of ambitious projects within our Software Engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Create management, communication plans, and processes.
- Analyze and develop procedures for the management and technical duties.
- Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
- Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project.
- Maintain project time frames, budget estimates, and status reports.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Setup and manage project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana
Requirements
- Deep understanding of project management processes, Lean / Agile methods/ frameworks
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Experience writing user stories
- Setup and manage project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, and ability to manage multiple jobs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
