We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing and enthusiastic team. Main responsibilities will include a full recruitment cycle like sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire talents to make our team stronger.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering team to understand the current and upcoming department goals and hiring needs

Cooperate with hiring managers to write correct job descriptions for each hiring, post it in job boards
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, StackOverflow, GitHub & Google X-Ray Search

Manage the full-cycle of recruiting: creating recruitment strategies, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring for all level positions.
- Coordinate with software engineering team leaders to develop interview evaluation process and assessments
- Compose job offer letters and keep the database of new hires updated

Organize pre-onboarding process

Keep hiring databases up to date and provide hiring reports on a monthly basis
Requirments
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, and experience in tech industry
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats
- Independent, self-managed, and self-starter personality.
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker. Proactive and communicable
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems will be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Armenian and in English
