    How we made it

    Based on the long-lasting researches and investigations on the market our goal was to develop a mobile responsive all-in-one construction management platform, which will make it much easier for companies to adopt:

    • construction and home re-modeling daily operations,
    • project management & corresponding activities,
    • pre-sales and administrative processes,
    • financial & accounting management.

    To satisfy the needs of small and mid-sized companies, our developers implemented the following Module solutions: CRM, Financial Module, Project Management Module, Administrative, PO, CO, Job Site Management, Automated Billing via Stripe API, integration with QuickBooks.
    One of the main purposes of the engine was to reduce time-consuming processes allowing:

    1. handle multiple workflows effectively,
    2. centralize all project-related files in a document management system,
    3. maintain constant communication between different stakeholders,
    4. schedule meetings and get notified in time
    5. manage most of the tasks with one click.

    To use all the above-mentioned functionality, we cultivated three beneficial subscription plans for the contactors. Each of the plans is supposed to match the company’s current level and get changed within the company’s growth.
    Another essential objective for us was to design simplified features and usability. We tried our best to make a feasible and easily understandable platform so there would be no need to contact the support center or get a guideline of usage.
